Healthy, Inclusive Spaces
We now have the research to prove that healthier spaces have quantifiable benefits. Our work also demonstrates that healthy buildings are a valuable risk management strategy. We demonstrate our expertise by maintaing credentials as WELL AP and Faculty, and Fitwel Ambassadors. We educate our communities and help our clients ideate and develop spaces that support health and wellness.
We believe that healthy buildings must also be inclusive. We expand beyond traditional baselines to include strategies that foster safer and more inclusive occupant experiences - from restrooms to designs that support for a neurodiverse workforce.
We demonstrate our leadership in this work by appointment to the International WELL Building Institute’s (IWBI) Health Equity Advisory.

We are award-winning educators with extensive experience developing and delivering educational content for a variety of diverse audiences, in-person, online, and in recorded format.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
ESG is everywhere (sometimes it’s now called resilience), and we are your trusted partners in this work. At its core, we see ESG as just good risk management. As this area continues to evolve and expand, we have continuously sharpened our skills by, for example, taking Harvard’s leading ESG course, and developing educational materials for our core clients. We know that ESG is an important risk management tool, and we also believe it should be transparent, accountable and practical. We leverage our diverse experience to guide our clients through this changing landscape.

Partnered with consulting team to provide sustainability consulting services for General Contractor and architecture and engineering firm, both with a national presence and public and private clients. Leveraged expertise related to health and wellness and ESG. Facilitated charettes; conducted research on industry best practices, competitors, comparable companies and certification programs; developed materiality assessments and matrices; analyzed survey data and conducted interviews; and developed sustainability plans with various social aspects.

Partnered with a leading mechanical, electrical and plumbing firm to provide sustainability consulting services for leading technology companies with a global presence. Scope focused on strategy development, charrette facilitation, and inclusive design strategies for commercial office projects targeting multiple sustainability and health/wellness certifications. Our team was challenged to go “above and beyond” traditional sustainability strategies, and prove the value of creative, truly innovative ideas that moved the needle.
