We are developing a new service as part of our consulting services: Climate Risk assessment for specific sites.

This information will be ideal for developers, purchasers, operators, and others looking to assess their climate risk for: climate action and resilience planning, to meet insurance requirements, for voluntary and regulatory reporting, to meet stakeholder requests, to inform decision-making, etc.

Clients will provide us with basic information about the project site, and we will deliver a report that includes:

  1. Summary, and overall climate risk scores for different scenarios (Representative Concentration Pathways, RCPs) 2.6 and 8.5, for three different time periods (2020, 2050, 2100)

  2. Climate risk score further broken down by climate hazards, including coastal inundation, extreme wind, forest fire, freeze thaw, riverine flooding, soil movement, surface water flooding, and extreme heat
